Jen Truelove has served as Director of Accounting at Padgett since 2016. With more than 20 years of experience in accounting, payroll, tax compliance, and small business operations, she provides clients with practical expertise and trusted guidance.

A graduate of Alma College with a degree in International Business and French, Jen transitioned from private industry to public accounting to help a diverse range of business owners achieve their goals. She is passionate about building strong client relationships and supporting the success of the Grand Traverse business community.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, exploring Northern Michigan, and relaxing with a good book.
