As a seasoned operations leader, Lori has spent nearly a decade helping businesses streamline processes, strengthen teams, and create sustainable growth. Since she earned a bachelor’s degree in business Admin, from Davenport University in 2017, She has served as a Director of Operations. Lori spent that time partnering closely with our team and clients. Now, as a Fractional COO, she partners with organizations that need strategic operational leadership without the commitment of a full-time executive.
The best part of her work is building relationships and collaborating directly with clients. Every business has a unique story, and she thrives on understanding the people behind the organization, identifying opportunities, and creating systems that help them succeed.
When not supporting growing businesses, Lori enjoys life in Lake Ann, Michigan, with her husband and two sons—one serving in the Air Force and the other in middle school.
