As a Certified Management Accountant, and Fractional CFO, Rob brings more than 25 years of accounting, finance, and business leadership experience to Padgett Advisory Services. As a Fractional CFO, he partners with business owners and leadership teams to improve financial performance, strengthen cash flow, and develop strategies that support sustainable growth.
By translating complex financial information into practical business insights, he enjoys helping clients gain confidence in their numbers and clarity in their decision-making. Rob’s expertise includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, operational performance, and strategic advisory services.
Outside of work, Rob is actively involved in community service, financial literacy education, and serving on the board of directors for two not-for-profit organizations in Indianapolis, IN. He enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends, exploring new business opportunities, enjoying great coffee, and spoiling his three grandchildren. When time permits, he also loves to bass fish in the local ponds and lakes in the surrounding areas.
